Family-friendly as we designed it for our winter stays with our 1 y.o. son👶 The space The villa offers a total of 3 bedrooms, two on the ground floor and one upstairs with its own terrace and a bathroom with a bathtub. 🌜 The ground floor bathroom has a large shower. 2 out of the 3 bedrooms are air-conditioned and have TVs, ensuring comfort and entertainment for everyone. 🌺 Family-friendly equipment is available (crib, toys, safety gates for stairs), making it a safe and enjoyable environment for little ones. 🍼 The heart of the house is a large living room, which can be directly connected to the garden with sliding doors, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living space. 🌿 The kitchen is combined with the living room, creating one spacious area for family gatherings and meals. 🍽️ The kitchen is new and fully equipped, featuring, among other things, a dishwasher, oven, Nespresso coffee maker, blender, toaster, and a large side-by-side fridge, catering to all your culinary needs. ☕ Both the garden and the terrace face south, allowing for all-day sunbathing on the comfortable loungers. The house maintains a warm atmosphere in winter and remains pleasantly cool in summer, with air-conditioning available if necessary. ☀️ We have furnished the home to cater to our family's needs, including those of a one-year-old child, and use it ourselves during the winter months, ensuring it is perfectly equipped for a peaceful family vacation. 🌟 The home is in close proximity to Lidl and Mercadona grocery stores (3 min), several bars and restaurants and with a wide variety of walks, even to the dunes (40 min).
