The property is not equipped for pets. Up interior stairs off the reading nook, is the garage apartment where you can take advantage another living room, kitchen, dining area, and bath. (Please note that Maricopa Magic carries a separate Airbnb listing for just the downstairs, which would sleep 12 at a reduced rate) Your family will enjoy the free-standing gameroom and the optional garage hang-out with a 55" TV. Young children will have fun on the play-scape and swings. The string lit 100-year-old oak tree and fire pit in the back yard offer an enjoyable and relaxing evening. Maricopa Magic is only 1 mile from the entrance to the Horseshoe tubing hot spot on the Guadalupe River. Just past the Horseshoe is the Whitewater Amphitheater, which is just 1.3 miles from Maricopa Magic. The house has two driveways with ample parking for 6 or more vehicles. Please note that there is no direct access to the river from Maricopa Magic. The river-front properties in the subdivision are private property. Bedroom 1: king bed, queen bed, smart TV. Guest parking is on the driveways on either side of the house. There should be ample parking for 5 or 6 vehicles. In addition, guests have use of the garage on the left side of the house.
