Refreshment Station: Your own mini-fridge, microwave, and fully stocked coffee bar. Guest access To ensure you have a relaxing stay, we’ve designed the home so your primary essentials are private and easily accessible on the main floor. Dedicated Bathroom: A full bathroom located right down the hall, reserved exclusively for your use. Shared Amenities (Upper Level – Accessible by Stairs): Chef’s Kitchen: You are welcome to use the fully-equipped kitchen to prepare meals. Available for your use daily between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Dining Room: A bright space to enjoy your dinner or a morning coffee. Available for your use daily between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Outdoor Balcony: Access to the BBQ/Grill to cook and chairs to relax on the second floor patio. Shared Amenities (Main Level): Shared Entryway: The main front door is a shared entrance used by both guests and the host. From the entry, you have full access to your private main-floor room. We aim to respect your privacy at all times, and you’ll have your own dedicated space once inside! Laundry Facilities: Located on the main level, our washer and dryer are available for your use. We provide complimentary laundry soap and fabric softener. Please note that this is a shared utility space; while we strive to give you privacy, the host may occasionally need to access the machines to keep up with household needs. Parking in Victoria can sometimes be challenging, especially downtown, where there is typically a cost. The best value is generally found at the spaces owned and operated by the City of Victoria (in particular the 5 lots with multiple levels of parking) Transit: Located near major bus routes that take you directly downtown in about 15-20 minutes. Privacy & Layout: To ensure your comfort, the bedroom and bathroom are your private zone. The hosts live on the second floor. We respect your space and are usually just a text away if you need anything! Hosts may go downstairs briefly to access the laundry room and front door, but will not enter your bedroom or bathroom without your permission. We provide reusable mugs for your coffee station, all natural bath products and encourage guests to use our guest-access recycling bins. House Vibe: This is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood.
