This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage is located right on the water in the quiet neighborhood of Lance Aux Epines. The terrace overlooks the pool and bay. Enjoy your meal al fresco or watch the sunset with your favourite cocktail! With lush tropical trees and plants on each side of the property, private pool and water frontage, this home offers the quiet contentment you need. The space Bedrooms are air-conditioned and both rooms have French doors that open on to the patio and en-suite bathrooms. When you need a break from the sunshine there is a comfortable living and indoor dining area. Living area also has patio doors that open onto the veranda. The kitchen is fully equipped; oven, microwave, toaster & coffee maker. Washing machine provided with outdoor lines for drying. Weekly maid service included and basic guests amenities supplies. Private pool and sunbeds are in the garden just down the stairs from the veranda. For those who wish to keep busy, they can snorkel in the bay while you sit back, relax and watch them have fun! To accommodate different groups, we can offer you the option of a queen bed in each room, two twin beds in each bedroom, or one queen in one room and two twins in the other. Please advise us well in advance of arrival so we can organise your requirements. Other things to note Linens, bath and beach towels provided. Bath soap, Toilet paper, paper towel, laundry soap, dish washing liquid, sponge and kitchen cloth provided.
