In a historic building of the 1900s, a large apartment (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) just renovated, very quiet and in a strategic position: Porta Volta. 2 minutes from the M2-M5 subways, the trendiest areas of Brera, Isola, Garibaldi and Corso Como and the skyscrapers of Gae Aulenti. All kinds of services are available, shops for shopping, tasty restaurants but also art, history, exclusive clubs and panoramic terraces to enjoy the Milan skyline and breathtaking sunsets: only you are missing! The space The building consists of two buildings, crossing a characteristic courtyard in perfect "old Milan" style you will arrive at the inner building: the apartment where you will stay is located on the 1st floor. You will recognize the door from the masterlock located immediately next to it, so you can also self check-in if necessary. As soon as you enter the house you will find a large entrance with hangers and space for luggage and shoes, on the right you will find the living area while on the left you can access the sleeping area and bathrooms. The house has a latest generation FastWeb ultra-fast Wi-Fi router to guarantee you the perfect connection throughout the apartment. Independent heating system and air conditioning machines in all rooms and in the living area, also of the latest generation, very high-performance and very quiet. The double living room is equipped with every comfort, 50-inch Smart TV, antique furniture, dining table that can accommodate up to 6 people, a comfortable sofa (convertible into a comfortable sofa bed 110x214cm) and an enveloping and comfortable armchair (convertible into a comfortable bed 100x205cm) to be able to relax after the day or simply enjoy a nice movie (easily accessing all the contents of Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Now, YouTube through your own accounts). From the living room you will access the large kitchen complete with everything, designer refrigerator and freezer, latest generation dishwasher, 4-burner induction cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine and plenty of work space to cook your favorite dishes. Living room and kitchen both have panoramic balconies from which you can admire historic buildings and the suggestive Church of S.
