Lake Sunapee Cottage in Newbury

Enjoy a beautiful sandy beach, dock and views at your doorsteps. Close proximity to Mt Sunapee State Park and a short walk to state beach. Great place to swim, boat, hike, bike or just read and relax. The space The cottage is at the end of a private road directly in front of a sandy beach. There are three bedrooms, one full, one queen, and one king bed. The property has a dock and two kayaks. Guest access Self check-in with keypad Other things to note You share the beach in front of the road but from the corner of the stone wall all the way to the flower pot behind the fire pit is private beach for this cottage. Your dock is in front of the cottage. The dock on the left hand side facing the lake is ours. Please do not go past our dock on the beach. Thank you for being respectful of our neighbors.
