Relax on the lake with Little Blue! Our little Chautauqua Lake home is fun and relaxing for the whole family! This clean and well appointed home features everything you’ll need for fun, relaxation and making memories! Inside you’ll find comfort all around! High-end furnishings, 3 bunkhouse style bedrooms with sleeping for 8 with comfortable linens, a wonderful fully stocked kitchen with everything you’ll need for your stay! Oh, and there's a dock so bring your boat!! The space Comfort and convenience abound at Little Blue! After a long day of enjoying all that Chautauqua Lake has to offer, you’ll find everything you need to relax and enjoy the lake just steps from the water! A fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and beautiful appliances (including a dishwasher and full size front load washer and dryer) welcome you upon arrival! With plenty of seating for meals indoors and outdoors, ordering in or grilling out will be a breeze! A comfortable living room with high-end, adjustable full grain leather recliners provide the perfect spot for movie night on the flat screen TV with surround sound. Double story house. Bedrooms located upstairs. Bathroom located downstairs. Upstairs you'll find 3 bedroom bunk-house style sleeping. The bedrooms are conjoined rooms. Meaning: You walk upstairs to the main bedroom. Off of that there is a front room (Lake View room) with two queen beds. To the back of the main room there is the other room "Kid Cove" with a twin bed, and a twin bed in the "cove". All with comfortable linens! The house sleeps 8 Main room: Queen adjustable bed (2) Lake front room: 2 Queen beds (2 and 2) The left bed is a power bed with a remote to control bed position. Kid Cove: Twin bed (1) Twin bed in cove (1) The couches recline where additional guests could sleep. Outside doesn’t disappoint! Just steps from the water is a covered seating area as well as an outdoor dining table with a propane fire feature built in! Adjacent you’ll find a ground level wood burning fire-pit and Adirondack chairs for your use. During summer months, enjoy the dock for fishing and boating! This is a wonderful little home for making memories at Chautauqua Lake! Little Blue won’t disappoint! Guest access Whole house Other things to note -Guests have access to firewood at the house. If you run out, the neighbor two doors down typically has some for sale on an honor system. -We will make every effort to ensure propane is available for grills and fire table, however in the event that a tank is empty or runs out during your stay guest is responsible for refilling. -Please note that property lines on both sides of the house are inline with the concrete pad on the seawall. Please be mindful of the neighbors and their property and keep all activity inside these lines. -Dock use is at guests own risk. Please use dedicated boat slip at the end of the dock for tying off a boat. Tie only to the wooden posts driven into lakebed. Do not tie boats directly to dock as docks are not anchored to lakebed and will not support boats being tied to them.
