Rare Seafront facing beauty!

This special place is one of the few properties on the seafront that isn’t a hotel. It has the most amazing views & also a parking space! It has 4 beautiful double bedrooms- two of which face the sea. A bright open plan dining & kitchen with separate utility section with washing machine dryer. If you’re hoping to explore Eastbourne, then this is the house for your stay. A stones throw from the beach, access to beach chairs & even a paddle board if you so wish, it’s the perfect seaside stay. The space The house was previously an old Victorian boarding house that is now a 4 story home lived in part time by my mother. The house is lived in usually by my mother The top floor is a private studio flat with a tenant that you should have minimal contact with if you book. The open plan kitchen living area is spacious and bright with the usual kitchen amenities. There is a small dining space by the window which over looks the sea and the pier is in sight! On the first floor is one large sea facing bedroom and another double bedroom. Onto the second floor and you’ll have the second sea facing room, the 4th double bedroom and the bathroom. As this house is usually occupied as our home, we do request that you treat it with the utmost respect and care as you would your own home. Guest access The whole house is yours! There is a separate studio flat on the top floor of the building. The tenant who occupies this does have to enter through the front door in order to reach his home. He is a lovely man, who we never actually see whenever we stay as he is always working! He does not share any of the house’s living spaces and has his own space. You have access to the 4 double bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet, kitchen, utility area, and open plan living area. The two master bedrooms are very big and spacious. Both facing the sea with exceptional views. The other two bedrooms are both doubles and very comfortable. You will be provided with beach towels and bath towels. Beach chairs will also be available. You have access to Sky TV. You are in a prime location for visiting Eastbourne - whether it’s for the Tennis, Airbourne or just a sea trip getaway! Other things to note There is a dedicated parking space with the property which is very beneficial as other wise it is permit only or pay and display parking. We do give access to this space with the booking but ask you to vacate the space when you check out.
