Villa el Mango is a modern luxury villa in the north of Santa Teresa beach, Costa Rica. This spectacular three-level luxury villa was completed in April 2021. It is built on a steep hill in a safe neighborhood (4x4 need we). It has a guard who lives on the property and provides extra night security. Among all the trees and plants, the villa is built on beautiful mango trees which surrounds the villa and gives it the name "Villa el Mango". The space Villa el Mango consists of 200 square meters with 4 spacious bedrooms with king size beds (up to 8 people), 4.5 bathrooms, a large outdoor area with barbecue, dining area, sun loungers and a majestic infinity edge saltwater pool. On the main floor of the house are the 3 bedrooms, the living room, the kitchen and the entire outdoor area with barbecue and pool. The fourth room is located on the ground floor (more private). Built with a clean, modern European design and high-end finishes, the open floor plan connects the indoors to the outdoors with floor-to-ceiling windows and bi-fold glass doors. Seamless indoor and outdoor dining and lounging spaces allow you to fully enjoy tropical living. A teak deck surrounds the infinity pool, and gardens and tropical trees blend harmoniously with the design of the house. There is also a half bath for guests in the hall. The modern gourmet kitchen is fully equipped. Ceiling fans and air conditioning provide cooling ventilation in addition to the ocean breeze. Guest access Guests have access to the entire villa except the laundry area (washing machine and dryer). The housekeeper is the only one who has access and will gladly help you if you need it. Other things to note We have a concierge available almost 24 hours a day to help you, organize and reserve everything you need! It is only a 10 minute walk to the beautiful white sand beaches, to the world class surf breaks of Santa Teresa and to the main road of Santa Teresa with cafes, shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The access road to the villa is half paved and the other first half is not. Depending on the time of year, a 4x4 car is needed to access (ask concierge). It is recommended to have some type of vehicle since the street is steep and it can be hard having to go up and down, also, Santa Teresa is a town distributed over 7km, so to be able to enjoy all its places, it is better Have a 4x4 car or ATV. It is a very quiet and safe neighborhood. There are various holiday homes around and families living in peace and quiet.
