We offer simple yet cozy rooms, each with a mosquito net, fan, and a large screened window that lets the breeze in. Everything has been newly renovated as of March 2025. Our beautiful colonial house features a charming patio, several areas to relax or get some work done, and a shared kitchen that truly stands out: it’s fully equipped and has two refrigerators with plenty of space for everyone. Inside the hostel, you’ll also find a small convenience store/mini-supermarket where you can grab cold drinks, hygiene products, and fresh ingredients to cook, as well as handy travel gadgets for anything you might have forgotten. You can also book local tours with us or rent bicycles and scooters to explore Granada and its surroundings at your own pace. Please note: we’re located in a traditional colonial house with lots of character. While each room is private and we do our best to ensure your rest, the open architecture means you may occasionally hear sounds from the house, other guests, or the surrounding nature. Guest access Guests have access to their private room and all shared areas of the house: the central patio, fully equipped kitchen, four shared bathrooms with showers, and quiet spaces to relax or get some work done. You can also visit our small convenience store, open from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., where you’ll find cold drinks, snacks, hygiene products, fresh ingredients for cooking, and some handy travel gadgets. During the same hours, you're welcome to book tours, rent bicycles or scooters, or request other services like massages or laundry. Some areas used by our team are private, so we kindly ask you to respect any signs or indications within the house. During your stay We’ll be happy to help you with any information or tips you need to make your stay in Granada enjoyable — whether it’s us, the owners, or our friendly staff. If you don’t find us around in person, feel free to message us — we’re always available to answer your questions or help with anything you need. Other things to note Breakfast is included! You can choose between a typical Nicaraguan breakfast or a continental one, both served with coffee or tea, of course. You can also upgrade your breakfast with optional extras like granola with fresh fruit or freshly cooked bacon. The shared kitchen is available during breakfast as well, in case you’d like to prepare your favorite topping just the way you like it.
