Beautiful as candy! Here you live in a house over a hundred years old in a quiet location, but still in the heart of Helsinki. Our cozy little apartment is located in the historic Vallila wooden house area. Bus and tram stops are just around the corner. Within walking distance are, for example, Kallio and Teurastamo, which have plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars. In the summer, you can enjoy your morning coffee in the gazebo or under the syringa tree in the shared courtyard. The space The apartment has one room and a bathroom. The room has a sofa bed that opens with comfortable new mattresses. The bed is 180 cm wide when opened. A lush and peaceful common yard is at your disposal. No separate cleaning fee. Guest access You have access to the entire apartment and the common yard of the house. The hallway is shared, and you can leave your outerwear there. Please respect the privacy of your neighbors in the hallway. Other things to note Please leave the apartment in a clean condition. The house is quiet from 10 pm to 7 am.
