Cozy studio in a wooden house

Beautiful as candy! Here you live in a house that is over a hundred years old in a quiet place, but still in the heart of Helsinki. Our cozy little apartment is located in the historic Vallila wooden house area. Bus and tram stops are just around the corner. Within walking distance are, for example, Kallio and Teurastamo, which have plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars. In the summer, you can enjoy your morning coffee in the gazebo or under the lilac tree in the common yard. The space The apartment has one room and a bathroom. The room has a sofa bed that opens with comfortable new mattresses. The bed is 180 cm wide when opened. You have access to a lush and peaceful communal yard. No separate cleaning fee. Guest access You have the entire apartment and the house's shared yard. The hallway is shared, and you can leave your outerwear there. Please respect the privacy of your neighbors in the hallway. Other things to note Please leave the apartment in a clean condition. The house is quiet from 10 pm to 7 am.
