The Apartment has an ensuite washroom, living room, balcony, and a kitchen where you can enjoy cooking small meals. Other things to note To help you make the most of your time here, please take a moment to review these important additional rules: 1. Check-In and Check-Out Policy: Early check-ins and late checkouts are available, but they come with an extra charge. We kindly ask for your understanding as we need time to prepare the property for each guest. Our team is committed to providing you with a clean and well-maintained space. * Standard Check-In Time: 1PM * Standard Check-Out Time: 10AM 2. Visitor Policy: We are happy to accommodate visitors, but please note that there will be an extra charge (Rs. 950) for any guests beyond those included in your reservation. This applies whether your visitors are staying overnight or not. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests. 3. Decoration Guidelines: While we appreciate your desire to celebrate special occasions, decorations are NOT allowed within the property. Unfortunately, any decorations placed within the unit will result in an extra fine. We kindly request your cooperation in keeping our space in its original condition. If any decorations found (even if there is no damage) at the property, guests will be fined for Rs. 2500. We PROVIDE our decorators and packages on extra cost. 4. Parking Arrangements: Please be aware that SAFE parking is available outside the society premises. We advise you to plan accordingly. 5. Age Restrictions: To maintain a peaceful and suitable environment, we only accept IDs for individuals above the age of 18 in cases of couple stays. This policy ensures a comfortable atmosphere for all our guests. 6. POWER CUT: Please note that when there is a power cut in the society or area, the property runs on a back up (inverter), BACK-UP is available 24/7 but it does not support AC and geyser at any given time. 7. Kindly be aware that we require image/soft copy of the government ID for all the guests. This is a mandatory procedure that must be completed before the check-in process. If the guest chooses not to provide IDs for all guests (on both sides), the host will be required to deny the check-in. PAN is not accepted. About gaming console: **PS4 with Mortal Kombat, Tekken7, FIFA23 and The Last Of US-II : Available on RENT ONLY (pre-booking required), it is not included in the property's free amenities** - Heaters, extra blankets and pillows (extra) are chargeable and are available only when pre-paid for! - If you loose or misplace the keys to the apartment, you will be charged for Rs. 2500 as a fine.
