Lovely private room close to airport

Private room very close to Stansted airport and Bishops Stortford town centre. Local bus routes are nearby and walking distance to the train station. There is a parade of shops, including a Tesco Express and local takeaways next to the property. The space Use of front door and hall that is shared. No kitchen access. There is a kette provided with tea, coffee, sugar and mugs in the room. Guest access New modern bathroom will be shared with my partner and myself. However, we only require this for showering, so the toilet is for your sole use. Self check-in and out available. During your stay We are usually at home, but always just a phone call or text away if you require any assistance. Other things to note We will usually be able to tell you if we require the shower during your stay and at roughly what time. Apart from this the bathroom is all yours. For long stays we would consider opening up more dates and negotiating a discount. Getting around: The property is roughly 17 minutes walking to Bishop's Stortford train station, where there are regular services to Stansted Airport, London Liverpool Street and Cambridge. Walking from the train station to our place there is a hill so if you have lots of luggage you might prefer to get a taxi or a bus. There are also regular buses to and from Stansted Airport. Bus numbers 510, 509, 508 which run approximately every 15 minutes during the day from "Rohdes Arts Complex" which is a 10 minute walk away. During the night and on Sundays the 309 also stops at "Cox's Gardens" just 1 minute away. Bishops Stortford Town centre is a 15 minute walk away with many shops, restaurants and pubs. There is on street parking available, or with prior notice, we can provide a space on the driveway. There are also options such as local taxis and uber available in the area that are easy to use.
