I offer my 60 m2 accommodation located in a quiet residence. Ground floor, large living room, open kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. You have access to everything EXCEPT the bedroom, which means you will sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. Living in this accommodation, I need to keep my privacy. Of course, I won't be around during your stay. Close to the metro (~7 minutes by car), bus stop in front of the residence, local shops 5 minutes away The space 60 m2 accommodation consisting of a large living room, open kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. Only one bedroom that will not be accessible (because it is my personal space). I suggest you sleep on the very nice sofa bed. Possibility to put an inflatable mattress in the living room if necessary, do not hesitate to ask me, everything will be provided on site. Quiet residence, wooded park, access to swimming pool and gym. Convenience store within walking distance (less than 5 minutes) Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment EXCEPT my room which will be locked, living in the apartment I need to keep my privacy. Access to the private pool of the residence, I will provide you with the required wristbands to enter. Sleeping area: 1 sofa bed for 2 people 1 inflatable mattress for 2 people
