Welcome to my cozy and well-equipped apartment. Located in the 13th arrondissement, close to the metro (M7 and M14 Maison Blanche at the foot of the building) and many shops and places to live. The space The apartment includes: a living room with flat screen (Canal Plus and Bein Sports available) and large comfortable sofa, a bedroom with a new king size bed (180 x 200 cm), a fully equipped kitchen (with coffee machine with bean grinder, dishwasher, induction stove) and a bathroom (washing machine, heated towel rail). The living room overlooks Avenue d'Italie, and is very well soundproofed (a first window followed by a space and a second double-glazed window). The bedroom and kitchen overlook an interior wooded courtyard. Please note that the apartment is on the third floor without elevator access, and is not air-conditioned. I want guests coming to my home to have the most comfortable and pleasant stay possible, which is why I provide bed linen, towels, coffee, infusions/tea, dishwasher tablets, all the necessary condiments for cooking, and laundry tablets for those who need them. In short, the perfect place for a comfortable, peaceful and home-like stay! Other things to note Sheets and towels are provided.
