This pleasant new house is located in the village of Tirepied sur Sée. Want to spend a weekend or vacation with family/friends? Or are you visiting for work? This is the perfect place. On foot, you can access local services such as the grocery store (bread depot), the bar and its ancillary services such as games and tobacco. The space New single-story house located in the village consists of the following: - Living room (kitchen equipped with an additional table if necessary to cook or enlarge the table of the room or that of the outside, dining room, living room with a sofa bed 140*195 cm), - a bathroom with shower - 3 bedrooms with 140*190 cm bed - a toilet - petanque court - Jacuzzi available from June 1 to October 6, 2024 in the morning Bed linen and towels are not provided during your stay. They are optional. 2 choices if you want them: It costs €5/bed (bed not made) or €10/bed (bed made) and €2/person for towels (1 small and 1 large per person).
