It's a spacious apartment with high-ceilings, located in a quiet area, at a safe distance from the boulevard. The apartment is not fancy but cozy with a chill vibe. The kitchen and the bathroom are pretty basic with some simple appliances. In the other room of the apartment lives a photographer and her cat. She's kind and a sociable person, but please keep in mind that the only access to the bathroom is crossing her room, so there is a bit of space that you have to share now and then. The space Between the room for rent, and the living-room where lives somebody else there is just one door. And to access the bathroom you have to come across the living-room. The photographer living in the other room travels a lot but can be the case that she is at home. So, this accommodation is suited best for people who are comfortable to share some space once in a while.
