At Aqua Dreams you will find tranquility, fun and details that will make your experience unique. It is located 5 minutes from the Airport, and 20 minutes from the Port, along with its great tourist attractions, recreational activities, beaches and delicious cuisine. It has a private Cluster swimming pool (not all buildings have one) It has access to the Lagoon (access for 5 adults, children under 12 years old enter without a problem) Pets are prohibited. We are at your service for any questions you may have! The space At Aqua Dreams Lagoons you will find the following: * It has a private pool inside the Cluster (not all buildings have one) 🏊🏻‍♀️🏊🏻 * It has access to the Lagoon. (hours from 9 am to 7 pm, closes on Mondays) access is for 5 people over 12 years old, children under 12 years old pass without problem. 🏝️ * SmartTV in every room. 🖥️ * It has Internet. 🛜 * Integral kitchen equipped with necessary utensils (It has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender) ☕ * Hot and Cold Water Dispenser. ♨️❄️ * Washing machine * Bathroom heater boiler. * The rooms and living room have air conditioning. * Sofa bed in the living room 🛋️ * 2 Parking spaces * 4 Life jackets that will be necessary for the use of the lagoon and thus avoid renting some for a time. (The lagoon has 6 infinity pools and the lagoon. You can be in the pools without any problem, but to enter the lake a vest is required by policy) 🦺 * 5 Folding chairs for use in the pool and lagoon to make your stay more comfortable. 🪑 * Iron and Ironing Board * Hair dryer * We have 4 towels for use in the apartment, but we recommend that for hygiene reasons you use your own. We only ask that it be kept in the wicker basket on the bookcase, so you will enjoy your privacy. Access The apartment has a combination box to obtain the apartment key, and a code will be sent to access and open the smart lock. Apartment Rules *Pets are prohibited🙅🏽 🚫 🐕 🐈 * No smoking inside the apartment 🚭 🙅🏽 🚫 🚬 * Turn air conditioning off when not in use. * Do not play loud music 🔊 to avoid disturbing the neighbors. * No parties allowed. 🚫 🎉 * If you use something, please put it back in its place. * Comply with the attached cluster and lagoon regulations. * Close the gas and water faucets at the end of your stay. 🚰 * If you use any cleaning products, 🧹 🧼 please put them back in their place after use. * It is forbidden to disconnect the security camera located at the entrance. 🚫 📹 * Do not disconnect the smoke detector. 💨 * Do not move or take decorative items. * Do not take towels out of the apartment. * Hanging clothes or towels on balconies is prohibited. * ⁠If you use the ☕️ coffee maker, please use the filters and wash it 🧼 after use. * At the end of the stay, please take the trash out to the container next to the Cluster entrance booth. 🗑️ Note: If the armchairs🛋️, sheets, 🛌 or furniture are stained🪑, a charge of 250 to 500 will be made depending on the extent, to pay for the corresponding stain removal🧼. Cluster Rules 1. Food 🍗 and drinks 🥤 (not glass) can be brought in here, but only in the designated area, which is the palapa 2. Food🍗 🍕🥪, drinks, 🥤 and snacks must 🥜🍿 not be consumed inside the pool, this must be entirely in the palapa. 3. Take a quick shower 🚿 in the shower next to the pool bathroom. 4. Plastic bottles with water 🫙or juice in cardboard containers are allowed 🧃 2. No loud music🔊, keep the volume down. 3. No smoking 🚭 🙅🏽 🚫 🚬 4. No food with bones🍖, any other food in toppers is fine. 5. Entering with clothing other than a bathing suit is forbidden. 🩳 👙 ✅ 6. Follow staff directions 🛟 7. If you enter the infinity pools (dark blue), it will not be necessary to wear a vest or buoy. 8. If you enter to swim 🏊🏻‍♀️ or do any activity inside the lagoon 🚣‍♀️ the use of a buoy or life jacket 🎽 is mandatory. NOTE: Any failure or non-compliance with the regulations will be credited to a scansion, which is established in the condominium regulations of the subdivision.
