The Royse House is the oldest standing house in Royse City. Built in 1888 by Byrd & Nancy McCasland Royse. The house is centrally located just off of Main St./Hwy 66 & Interstate 30, in walking distance of many Main St. restaurants and shops. Recently remodeled with up-to-date comfort and amenities while holding true to it's charm and simplicity of years gone by. The space The Royse House sits on just over an acre of land. Play corn hole, enjoy sitting outside and/or build a fire in the fire-pit on a cool evening, Guest access There is a Main House and a Guest House. If you have only rented one house, the backyard space may be shared or you may see each other coming and going. Know that the Guest House is separate from the Main House and there is free driveway parking for both houses.
