The apartment is on the ground floor, consisting of a bedroom, living room, kitchen and service area, which will be available to you, newly renovated and fully furnished, located in a good region of Salvador. The entrance to the apartment is monitored by an existing camera on the apartment door, in the OUTDOOR area; • It is not allowed to circulate in the common areas of the building with swimwear or shirtless; • Smoking is not permitted in the bedroom and living room of the apartment. You can smoke on the balcony, but it is not allowed to dispose of ash or cigarette butt (use available ashtray); • On-site parties are not allowed; •The use of illicit substances (drugs) is not allowed; • The building has a family environment, with some seniors residing on site, so we ask for absolute silence after 21:00; • Our standard check-in time is from 1pm and check-out until 11am. If you want flexibility, you must agree in advance with the host to know if there is a possibility; • The building has 5 rotating parking spaces for the entire building, but it is very easy to find parking spaces on the street because it is very residential; • It is not allowed to remove makeup with the bed and bath linens from the apartment. If the guest stains with makeup or other product, they must reimburse the host in R$40 for part washing; • In the apartment there is wi-fi available; • You will also be able to use the kitchen, utensils and appliances will be available; • We ask all groups to collect the garbage from the bathroom and kitchen at check-out.
