Guest access The building is very familiar and quiet, with a doorman until 6:00 p.m. The apartment is on the ground floor, consisting of a bedroom, living room, kitchen and service area, which will be available for you, newly renovated and fully furnished, located in a good region of Salvador. The entrance to the apartment is monitored by a camera at the apartment door, in the EXTERNAL area; • It is not allowed to circulate in the common areas of the building in swimwear or without a shirt; • Smoking is not allowed in the bedroom and living room of the apartment. You can smoke on the balcony, but disposal of ashes or cigarette butts is not allowed on it (use the ashtray provided); • On-site parties are not permitted; • The use of illicit substances (drugs) is not allowed; • The building has a family atmosphere, with some elderly people residing there, so we ask for absolute silence after 9:00 p.m.; • Our standard check-in time is from 1:00 p.m. and check-out is until 11:00 a.m. If you want flexibility, you should agree in advance with the host to see if there is a possibility; • The building has 5 rotating parking spaces for the entire building, but the street is very easy to find parking spaces because it is quite residential; • Removing makeup with the apartment's bed and bath linens is not allowed. If the guest stains the item with makeup or another product, the guest must reimburse the host R$ 40 for washing the item; • Wi-Fi is available in the apartment; • You can also use the kitchen, utensils and appliances will be available; • We ask all groups to collect bathroom and kitchen trash at check-out.
