House with 3 en-suites facing PRAIA GRANDE!

My place is close to local shops, and you don't need a vehicle to go to the supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, snack bars, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, craft stores, bikini stores, travel agencies, and other businesses. You'll love it because the location is excellent! Just cross the street and you'll be enjoying the beautiful Praia Grande! New Year's Eve, Carnival and high season (January) package - minimum of 6 nights - check availability beforehand. Next to the swimming pool we have the gourmet space, bringing convenience to guests, with a set of sofa in wood, television, table and lounger. 7) GARAGE The house has a garage for two vehicles and a charging station for an electric car. 2nd FLOOR 1) SUITE 1 WITH SEA VIEWS - sleeps 4 people in beds This suite has a couple hydromassage and closet. Relevance items in this suite: • Double bed ortobom box with accompanying pillows; • Bicama single box ortobom with accompanying pillows; • Air conditioning split of 12.00m btus ; • Ceiling fan; • 32 inch Smart sansung TV with access to local channels.; • Baggage compartment. OBS : if the guest wishes , there is a wooden table that can be added to the room to facilitate the work/ study in this pandemic period. You must ask before we can make it available. BED LINEN AND BATH LINEN: the house offers bed linen service upon payment of a laundry fee of R$300.00 (bed linen only) or R$350.00 (bed linen and bath linen) or R$400.00 (bed linen + bath + pool towels). Acimas values include the supply of parts for up to 9 people. ADDITIONAL GUESTS: The house accommodates 9 people. However, for an additional fee, we can allow up to 12 people in the house (including adults and children) . DO NOT INSIST ON RENTALS THAT EXCEED THIS NUMBER. SOCIAL MEDIA: insta: casadapraiagrandearraial Guest access Guests have access to all the rooms in our house. In some rooms there are locked cabinets for the owner's restricted use. Other things to note 1) The house has Wi-Fi internet (WEST company), but we are not responsible for possible signal drops. If this occurs, the guest can contact the internet provider directly. Our internet is fiber optic - 300 MB. 2) At certain times of the year (mainly New Year and Carnival) there is a lack of water in the region, due to the high demand from tourists. We are responsible for delivering the cistern and the 2 water tanks supplied. However, if during the stay there is a lack of water, the purchase of a water truck is the responsibility of the renter. 3) Because the house has a swimming pool and garden, there is an employee who visits the house regularly for proper maintenance. She has the key to the house and free access to the outside area, and should only ring the bell before entering so as not to surprise guests. 4) Carnival, New Year and high season (January) package - minimum of 6 nights with pre-determined dates.
