That Dam View

Relax and unwind in the peace and quiet of a country getaway. With direct access to BP dam, it's an easy stroll down to the water's edge, have a dip to cool off, take out a kayak or even launch the boat. Sit around the fire pit and enjoy the sunset and when night falls the stars come out and its absolutely stunning. Explore around the edges of BP dam to see turtles, countless species of birds and other wildlife. Take a drive around the wineries or the many beautiful small towns surrounding us. The space the house has a large living room with TV and Netflix, a dining space that can seat 8 easily and a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, slow cooker, air fryer, sandwich press, bowls and platter trays and all the usual suspects. A large master with King size bed, ensuite, walk in robe and beautiful views of the Dam, a second large bedroom with queen bed and also amazing views of the Dam and a third bedroom that has 2 singles that we can push together to make a small king, if requested, all bedrooms are well appointed on different corners of the house to give that little bit extra space and privacy. the toilet is separate from the main bathroom, providing convenience and there is a large selection of games, balls and activities in the cupboard to keep everyone entertained. there is a laundry with washer and dryer including laundry powder and fabric softener for convenience. We have set the house up for convenience so you can just come in and unpack, put the groceries away and relax. That's our goal, a home away from home, we even leave snacks to keep the kids entertained whilst you do it. Guest access 30 acres for you to explore, there are 2 dams where you can catch blue claw yabbies and we have left a couple of pots for you to try your hand in the carport along with a couple of fishing rods in case you forget yours.
