Private beach cottage - 1 hour from Helsinki

The main cottage (58 m2) is in use all year round. Guest house (12 m2) in summer use with sofa bed. The main cottage is on the beach, with its own dock for swimming in Hiidenvesi. Varikka beach is near the cottage. Cottage equipment: a flushing toilet and a washing machine in the bathroom. The sauna has a fast wood stove, and the cottage has running hot water. The kitchen has, for example, an oven, induction stove and dishwasher. Air heat pump with cooling. The space During the winter season (1.11. - 15.4.) only the main cottage (58 m2) is available for 2 people. During the summer season (16.4. - 30.9.), the upper cottage (12 m2) also accommodates 2 people on a sofa bed. The rent includes 2 SUB boards and a rowboat in the summer (May 1 - September 30) For an additional fee, you can rent an aluminum motorboat for a daily price of €50/1st day and additional days for €30/day (includes 15L of fuel and a clear user manual and a territorial water map) You have access to fishing rods for fishing from the pier or rowing boat. Parking is possible in the yard of the cottage and parking spaces are for 2 cars. A key lock box for self-check-in, with your own personal lock code, allows you to check in on your own schedule. Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is at 12 noon. The center of Vihti is 9 km away, where you will find the nearest grocery stores (K-Supermarket and S-market), as well as a pharmacy, restaurants/pizzerias, R-kiosk and service stations.
