A private full bath is down the hall along with the laundry room, coffee bar, apartment fridge and microwave. The first floor common spaces: kitchen, parlor, living and dining room and bath; as well as all outdoor spaces are for your enjoyment. The space Third Street Retreat is a three story Queen Ann Victorian home. We have three listings available. On our second floor we have two rooms with their private bathroom. These listings have access to the whole first floor and all outdoor spaces. We also have a third floor, two bedroom apartment. This listing has access to all outdoor spaces.
