30m² apartment with integrated open kitchen and living room. The living room has a sofa bed, 40" Smart TV and air conditioning. Kitchen with counter, stools, microwave, minibar and basic utensils. Bedroom with double bed, 40-inch Smart TV, air conditioning and balcony. The apartment has a bathroom, amenities and complete bedding. Wi-Fi in the apartment and social areas. Accommodation with a double bed and sofa bed in the living room, with no extra bed. As a rule of the resort, apartment changes may occur during the stay. Other things to note POLICIES AND CONDITIONS FOR GUESTS OF CONDOMINIUM MEMBERS General Policies and Conditions: Check-in Identification: Photo ID (RG or CNH) is required for all persons at check-in. Accommodation of Minors: In accordance with Federal Law No. 8.069, of 07/13/1990, we do not allow the accommodation of minors under the age of 18, unless accompanied by their parents or guardian. If the minor is not accompanied by a parent or guardian, a written authorization document signed by the parents, with notarized signatures, must be presented at check-in. All minors under the age of 18 must present, at the time of check-in, an official photo identification document proving their identity and parentage, even if accompanied by their parents. Law No. 5.553/68: The hotel may extract a reprographic copy of the data from the minors' documents, returning the document to the exhibitor. The accommodation of foreign minors must follow the above guidelines, in accordance with the laws in force. Check-in and Check-out: Check-in: From 3:00 p.m. Check-out: By 11:00 a.m. During the stay, there may be a need to change the apartment, depending on the availability of the unit originally booked. If this occurs, communication will be made at the time of check-in and all guidelines will be passed on by the reception. Capacity of Apartments: 1-bedroom apartment: Sleeps up to 4 people. 2-bedroom apartment: Sleeps up to 7 people. Excess Accommodations: No excesses will be allowed in the apartment accommodations. Children from 0 to 11 years old are already included in the apartment's capacity. Breakfast: Not included. Parking: Includes one parking space per apartment. For additional vehicles, a daily rate of R$25.00 + 5% ISS will be charged, subject to availability. Same-Day Booking: If the booking is made on the same day as check-in, there may be a delay in releasing the apartment at check-in time, at 3 p.m. To avoid delays, we request that reservations be made in advance. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Voltage: 220V throughout the establishment. Special Needs: If any guest has special needs (e.g. physical, hearing, visual, multiple, intellectual, autism), please contact us. Sound Devices: The use of loud sound devices in the apartment will not be allowed, respecting the law of silence from 10 p.m. The use of sound equipment in social areas and swimming pools is also prohibited. Food and Beverage Consumption: It is expressly forbidden to bring and consume food and beverages in the social areas and swimming pools that are not purchased at the resort's points of sale. Parties and gatherings are also prohibited. Use of Appliances: The use of appliances such as sandwich makers, electric coffee makers, air fryers, electric grills and the like is not allowed in the apartment, due to the high risk of accidents. Any violation may result in legal action. Companions: The condominium owner or guest must inform the reception of the arrival or departure of any companion on the resort premises. Cleaning of Dishes and Barbecue Grill: It is not the responsibility of the maids to clean the dishes or the barbecue grill used by guests. If they opt for the service or do not clean, a fee of R$30.00 per service/day will be charged for each item. Damage to the Apartment: If there is damage to any item in the apartment (linens, dishes, equipment), the guest will be charged the replacement value of the damaged item at the time of check-out. Lost Objects: Salinas Exclusive Resort is not responsible for lost or forgotten objects on the premises. Smoking Prohibition: The resort is 100% non-smoking, in accordance with Law No. 12.546/2011. Failure to comply will result in a fine being charged for the current daily rate. Loss or Damage Fees: Access Bracelet: R$50.00 for loss or damage. Consumption Card: R$30.00 for loss or damage. Pet Policy: Small Dogs (up to 10 kg): Allowed in the apartment, limited to 2 dogs per unit. We do not accept cats or other types of animals. Sanitation Fee: A fee of R$250.00 will be charged for the pet's stay (if it stays in the same apartment). If there is a change of apartment, a new fee will be charged. Express Bath: The cleaning fee includes 1 express bath for one of the pets. The bath voucher will be delivered at check-in after payment of the fee. Liability for Damages: Any damage caused by the animal on the premises of the apartment or resort will be the responsibility of the guest, and the corresponding amount will be charged at check-out. Permitted Areas: The dog may only transit in the social areas and parking lot, only on the lap. Access to the restaurant and food and beverage sales areas is prohibited. Dog Care Service: Dog Care: Salinas Exclusive Resort allows pets to be accommodated in Dog Care, at daily rates specified by the Salinas Pet service provider (third-party service).
