Sackville Seaside Garden Flat

Located just a 2 minute walk from Hove seafront, this one bed flat is the perfect seaside retreat for 2 people. This unique flat has traditional Victorian features including tall ceilings and beautiful big windows, but with a modern simple Scandinavian furnish. The flat is split over 2 floors. The bedroom is located on the lower floor - a peaceful and quiet sleep :) The garden is sheltered and benefits from afternoon/evening sunshine. The space With large windows facing east and west, the flat always feels bright and fresh at any time of day no matter the weather. The large living room with bay windows faces east and benefits from morning sun. The kitchen, conservatory, dining room and garden are on the western side of the building and enjoy the sun all afternoon and evening, perfect for lunch or dinner in the garden when you are not down at the beach. Cycle friendly flat - we have bike pumps, tools, bike stands that you can help yourself to. If you bring a lightweight road or gravel bike you can use the wall mounts in the living room to store your bikes (2 mounts available). If your bike is a little heavy, wheel your bike through and keep it in the secure garden. Want a suggested bike ride, drop us a message! Guest access You will have full access to our private flat via the communal front entrance shared with our lovely neighbours. Other things to note We would appreciate that guests do not host parties that will cause disturbance into the night. We get on well with our neighbours and wouldn't want to upset them. Your dog is welcome at our home :) we just ask that you keep the dog off the furniture and that they are not left alone in the flat.
