Emerald Coast Get Away

This comfortable, family friendly home is located in a quiet, residential community. This rustic beach house features a downstairs apartment with fully-equipped kitchen, living/dining area and washing machine and dryer plus two bedrooms and one bath. The upper two floors makeup another complete unit with four bedrooms, two baths and living, dining, and kitchen areas and washing machine and dryer - great for two families sharing a vacation. Large porches, a private fenced-in pool, easy beach access and wonderful gulf views make this house a perfect family vacation spot. In order to avoid the crowds, we offer a convenient and quieter, Sunday to Sunday check in/check out. This allows you to avoid the traffic on Saturday when other vacationers are traveling. The house is also located 2 miles from Grayton Beach and 4 miles from Seaside and Water Color. There are sidewalks the entire distance to these locations, so a family bike ride is a perfect get away from the beach. **Please note: During the off season months the house may be rented as either a 2 bedroom one bath, 4 bedroom 2 bath or full house of 6 bedroom 3 baths.
