New and quiet apartment

This 2021 apartment, quiet and bright, includes: a bathroom, washing machine, kitchen, sofa bed, oven, microwave and a private parking space in the building. Linens and towels are provided. Shops nearby and bus stop at the foot of the residence. The space The accommodation is fully equipped, you will find everything you need. It is a 5-minute walk to local shops: pharmacy, bakery, supermarket, bar/tobacconist, hairdresser... You also have a bus stop that drops you off directly in downtown Angers if you want to go there. Not to mention 2 parks a 5-minute walk from the accommodation which are open from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Guest access Everything in the accommodation and residence is made for you: open kitchen, large TV, washing machine, renovated shower, bar table, sofa bed... You will also find a large balcony overlooking a lawn, and just opposite, one of the 2 parks mentioned above that will allow you to walk and enjoy the beautiful weather with family, friends or as a couple. During your stay I am available at any time of day, on the AirBnb platform to answer any questions you may have, I am very responsive when answering. Other things to note Depending on your booking period, I will check you in with you in order to have a first contact. And regarding your checkout, either we'll set your checkout time in front for the key handover, or you'll drop them off in the mailbox.
