Take a break in Brighton! We have easy access to the Laines or Brighton Pier and are close to Preston Park rail station. Multiple buses go frequently from nearby. We are ideally situated for visits to the South downs, events in Preston Park and Waterhall. You will stay in our spare room. The bed is a single. You are free to use our kitchen that includes kettle, microwave etc. The space We have a shared kitchen and bathroom. There is free parking on surrounding roads on weekends. If you require parking at other times let me know. Please take shoes off in the house and apply make up in the bathroom - thank you! Guest access You will be sharing the flat with me and and my partner. We are friendly and easy going and happy to chat but also understand if you would like to relax quietly. You are free to use the amenities. Other things to note Help yourself to tea/coffee in the kitchen and milk from the fridge (we usually have oat). We have an iron and hairdryer available on request.
