Located less than 3 minutes to both beaches and the center of Downtown Rincon, this ultra private and exclusive enclave offers a private mini pool, outdoor deck, and spectacular views. Enjoy a King sized bed, full bathroom and kitchen. This home is located in a private, gated entry street, offering optimum safety and security. Guest access This is a private guest suite in a very quiet, safe, gated community. Guests are renting the entire suite with a private pool and outdoor deck. There are no shared or common spaces. There is private parking directly in front of the suite. Other things to note Property This is a private Guest Suite (attached to a larger home) with its own entrance, parking, pool and outdoor deck. There are no shared or common spaces. We currently only accommodate two adult guests — no infants or children permitted for safety reasons. By booking this home, you consent to swimming at your own risk. Total depth is 4 feet. Please be careful. No diving or rough play by pool. No glass outside on deck or in pool. No life guard on duty. Thank you! Cancellations We understand that life happens. As a small business providing local employment, we hope that you understand our need to maintain a consistent cancellation policy. We recommend purchasing trip insurance that covers expenses from last-minute cancellations of lodging and transportation due to theft, medical, etc. Airbnb and Travel Guard offer affordable options to ensure you're covered in the event of the unexpected. Pests Please note that since we are located on a tropical island, from time to time you may see a dead bug or two in the cottage, especially with warmer and warmer temperatures. This is normal, to be expected and cannot be avoided. Doors should remain closed when possible to minimize pests (i.e. when loading/unloading the car, taking out the trash or hanging out on the porch). Bugs can get inside easily, especially in warmer weather. The cottage is treated inside & out by a pest control company for your comfort and safety. We stay on top of this costly pest control so please help us keep it effective - thank you! Local Animals We love animals and rescued a Puerto Rican “sato” (stray dog), however we kindly ask that you do not feed any stray cats or dogs that are encountered in and around the property. If you feed them they stay and persistently seek more food which becomes difficult and uncomfortable for us as hosts and for other guests, especially those with severe allergies to animals.
