The master and second bedroom each boast a comfortable king bed with organic mattresses and cooling comforters and crisp duvets, while the third bedroom is furnished with two cozy twin beds, perfect for family or guests. In addition each bedroom provides blackout blinds behind elegant Roman shades. The modern bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) An outdoor shower offers both hot/cold water temps for refreshing after a tan session at home and/or a beach day. A spacious kitchen features integrated fridge + Bosch dishwasher, sleek countertops and ample storage. The centerpiece is an Italian Bertazzoni range, perfect for creating gourmet meals with precision and style. A Breville espresso machine and French press stand ready to brew the perfect cup, adding a touch of luxury to your mornings. With its elegant design and high-end appliances this kitchen combines functionality with sophisticated flair making it an enjoyable space to cook and share a meal. (An additional freezer/fridge and ice maker stands available for use in the garage for those guests who prefer to cook in rather than go out) The living room offers a comfortable sofa, two arm chairs, Marshall speaker & radio for premium sound, as well as WiFi, smart TV & books/magazines for your entertainment. The home is near Pinecraft neighborhood which is know for its Amish community, with two popular ice creams shops, diners, cafes, pizza stop and fresh market there’s always something to snack on. On hot days we frequent Scoops & Sprinkles ice cream truck with our kiddos. You can also make use of the large backyard with views of the pond. Please note: it is owned & maintained by the city so you may spot the occasional dog walker and/or fisherman. Although not many in public know this area so luckily it stays fairly empty. Take a short walk and cross the white pathway over the pond and you’ll find yourself at an enjoyable children’s playground. Always be mindful of safety signs near the pond. The Amish community offers a selection of bike rentals, you may use the garage for parking those overnight. Enjoy the Legacy Bike Trail that is approx 2 blocks from the home walking distance as well as popular Pompano Trailhead Pickleball courts right off that bike trail. Florida weather is incredibly beautiful but at times can be harsh and unpredictable, host cannot take any responsibility if a hurricane or severe weather passes through during your stay. If city issues an evac and/or in case of power outages guests will be responsible to find their own backup accommodations. A refund will be issued for unused days in these circumstances. Guest access The entire home is available for your use. The lanai which features patio lights and a dining area perfect for al fresco meals. Enjoy a refreshing experience of our outdoor shower that offers both hot/cold water temps to rinse yourself of salt water and/or sand. Additionally, beach gear (chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach toys & cart) all located in the garage and available for your use. Beach towels available in hallway closet inside the home. Pickleball rackets, sports balls as well as frisbees available for your use, please be so kind to replace anything that gets lost. We appreciate it! Other things to note Les Olives stands in a family-friendly neighborhood, please be mindful to respect our neighbors. In addition, we do our part in holding our housekeeping team to the highest standards and utilize bi-monthly and as-needed pest control services (safe for kids and animals). Please note: We are located in a hot and humid climate that is teeming with wildlife. Please help us by keeping doors/windows closed, dispose of trash properly, and store food in a responsible manner to keep wildlife out.
