The space This charming home offers two private units, and yours comes equipped with black-out curtains to block out the sun—or nosy neighbors—and a kitchenette so compact and well-equiped it’s practically a Swiss Army kitchen. Want coffee at midnight? Got it. Need a pizza cutter? Check. Ironing board? Obviously. It's like a mini IKEA showroom with no assembly required. You’ll share the yard and laundry with the couple in the front unit, who are young professionals and probably too busy being fabulous to bother you. The back unit, however, is all yours. Enjoy two closets (for your fabulous wardrobe or that pile of laundry you promise you’ll get to), a spa-like shower, and all utilities included — because figuring out utility bills is no one’s idea of a good time. Street parking is free and plentiful because you deserve a win. Guest access Your self-check-in experience is practically spy-movie material. Keypad here, keypad there, and voilà—you’re in. Washer, dryer, and backyard access are all yours to use. The landscaped backyard is perfect for practicing your cartwheels or sipping your morning coffee like a boss. During your stay Tennyson Street’s arts and shopping district is just a stroll away, offering everything from funky galleries to tasty bites. Berkley Lake is nearby for a scenic escape, and I-70 is your magic carpet to the mountains. In other words, this location screams, “You’ve arrived!” Downtown’s 10 minutes away, the airport’s 30 minutes out, and several golf courses are ready to judge your swing within a 5-mile radius. After that, you’ll have an emergency number, but let’s hope it’s not for anything too wild — unless the black-out curtains start whispering. Other things to note Your room is soundproofed with a machine that probably does a better job than your neighbor’s kid’s drum set. Black-out curtains are perfect for day sleepers or movie marathons. The kitchenette is charmingly petite—think “microwave gourmet” rather than “Thanksgiving dinner.” Cleaning service during your stay is available for a $50 charge per cleaning.
