Bottom of villa in Nouméa

Our house is ideally located in the heart of Nouméa. There are all the comforts you need for a wonderful stay. We have 3 chickens to feed, but it's not an obligation. You'll still be allowed to take fresh eggs every morning. And an independent cat :) The space 3 air-conditioned bedrooms: - 1 master bedroom with a bed (very good quality + on Bultex mattress) 160 x 200 cm with small bathroom including toilet + sink. - 1 children's bedroom with a 190 x 90 cm bed + pull-out drawer for a 2nd mattress. - 1 bedroom with a double bed of 160 x 200 cm - 1 living room/office (printer) with a sofa convertible into a double bed of 140*200, very good quality and connected TV with NETFLIX/DISNEY access. Guest access You will not have access to the garage, which will be closed. You will have access to a storage room with a bicycle available in size L, all the essentials for snorkeling and camping. Other things to note There is a rented apartment located above the house with a private entrance.
