House Rules: • Pets: Pets are welcome! We ask that owners be responsible for their animals and ensure that they do not cause damage to the property. Any damage will be charged an extra fee to cover the costs. • Smoking Areas: Smoking is allowed in the open areas of the house and terraces. However, smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms. • Garden Care: We ask that guests be careful with the garden and avoid damaging the plants during their stay. • Extra Guests: Additional guests are not allowed. The pool is not allowed for non-guests. Hosting additional guests is not allowed, and any additional unreported stays will be charged separately as a fine. • Respect for Neighbors: We ask that guests respect the tranquility of the neighbors, especially after 11 p.m. Keep the volume moderate, but be sure to enjoy your time in the house. •Cleaning: Please keep the house clean and tidy during your stay. The cleaning fee covers cleaning after check-out, but we ask that you leave the house in reasonable condition. •Safety: Keep doors and windows locked when leaving the house. Hosts are not responsible for any lost or stolen items during your stay. •Compliance with Local Laws: Please respect all local laws and regulations during your stay. 🗣️ Note: to ensure a better stay and safety, all outdoor areas of the house are monitored by cameras. Note: Towels and bed linen are not provided, but you will find clean and comfortable beds with covers, and if it gets cold you will find great blankets.
