Clean, Comfortable Private Bedroom with all the amenities you need for your short stay in Houston. The space Hello! I’m Joe. I’m in the auto industry and work mainly from home. My place is conveniently located right off 2 major freeways so you won’t be far from anywhere. 10 min to IAH, 17 min to Downtown. There is a Metro Bus Stop right next to the property if needed. It is a fully fenced, secure, safe 1/2 acre property so there is plenty of room for secure parking if you need. There are many restaurants and grocery stores(Walmart , Kroger) within a couple of miles. There’s also a QT food mart/gas station which is in easy walking distance a block away. My home is a 1 story home but there are 4 steps up to get on the front porch and into the house. I keep my home very clean, and always do a full washing of bedding after every guest leaves. I live in the home and usually always available to assist in anything you will need. Rooms are intended for 1 person only. If there is an additional guest(1 max) with you, there will be a $10 fee. I have 3 bedrooms so there will be other guests but each room is very private, quiet, and has everything you need for your short stay in Houston including 2 clean, full bathrooms, full indoor gym, full kitchen with plenty of fridge space, washer and dryer with detergent, all the free bottled water you want, coffee maker, and copy machine. Rooms have strong WIFI, Smart TV’s, Desk/Chair in room, and fans. I look forward to hosting you soon! Disclaimer: This is not a traditional home in a traditional neighborhood. I live and work on a commercial street. As I stated, I am in the car business so the outside may look more like a business and not always in order, but my property has always been safe and I do my best to keep the inside of the home clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Guest access My home is your home for your short term stay. You will have full access to gym, laundry room, and all of kitchen and utensils. I only ask the you be respectful and leave shared spaces as clean as you found them. During your stay Each Room(3 Total) is private and there are 2 full bathrooms between the rooms so interaction between guests is rare and minimal. In the unlikely event of an issue , I am always available to assist.
