The space The newly updated unit has midcentury accents and is equipped with a Samsung 55 inch smart tv with Telus optic cable, streaming apps, high speed internet, towel warmer and an Anker wireless charging station for iPhone and devices. Sleeping arrangements include a queen sofa bed with a comfy memory foam mattress and a king size bed in the bedroom dressed with quality cotton linens and a wall mounted TV to unwind before sleep. Special touches include Nespresso coffee with a variety of pods, Smeg kettle to precisely brew tea, Aarke soda maker and Le Creuset stainless cookware makes staying in a pleasure. A balcony with a view of the gondola, Rainbow mountain and pool with relaxing outdoor seating and a Weber bbq. Guests will most likely be out enjoying the pool area 10am-10pm (summer) and making turns on the slopes 8am-3pm (winter). There is also a Ski Boot and glove dryer to prepare for the next day. . Hours of operation are from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Large secured bike cage. * Ski Valet hours: Skis and Boards are not permitted in units or on decks. Complimentary ski valet available Opening Day to Mid May. Hours of operation are from 7:00 am-7:00pm. *Well-equipped gym facilities to keep you energized and active during your stay. *Plenty of secure underground parking is available for $26 per night bought through the Aspens complex, tickets are purchased by credit or debit from a machine just inside the lobby doors. The parkade height restriction is 6'6", with only a few over height spots (6'9"). There is also free parking options with a few restrictions along Spearhead Drive in the summer from April 1- November 1. *24 hour front desk/concierge with convenient snacks *There are two coin-operated laundry rooms in the buildings. *Stocked vending machines on the ground floor. Guest access Access to the unit will be easy self check-in with a 6 digit code. This is a personalized code that will be sent to you a few days before your arrival. Adding the unit number to the 6 digit code will provide access to the pool, hot tubs, lounge, gym, courtyard, bike cage and building gates. There is also a 24 hour front desk that is available for inquiries for matters other than door codes and they can provide suggestions or help with activities during your stay Other things to note A few important policies: QUIET HOURS: 10PM - 7AM NO SMOKING: No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises, in the unit, or on the balcony. NO PETS: Unfortunately building bylaws do not allow guests to have pets in the unit. That being said, occasionally we have service animals stay and even though we do our best with thorough cleaning, guests with severe animal allergies should be aware.
