Streaming TV’s in LR & BDRMS. Sleeps 6. Max Occ. 6. Aprx 6 miles to downtown. The space Entry: Includes coat rack with mirror to hang items and make them easily accessible. There is a bench to remove or put on shoes. Boot tray under the bench to place shoes out of the way. Living Room: Sofa with chaise, lounge chair, hanging egg chair, ottoman, coffee table, book shelf, smart TV, and wood burning fireplace. Sofa firm but comfortable. Linens for sofa bed inside chaise. Mattress topper for sofa bed stored in king room closet. Dining room: Wood dining table, dining sofa that converts to twin bed if needed, 2 dining chairs, and bar cart. This is a fun place for photos with “It’s a vibe” neon sign making it instaworthy. Also a great place to enjoy your morning coffee. Kitchen: Modern with marble countertops and farmhouse sink. Eat in kitchen with large peninsula with 3 bar stools. Toaster, blender, Keurig with K cups, baking items, all necessary cooking items, plates, glasses, silverware, etc. Microwave and electric range. First Floor Full Bath: Vanity with storage, towel warmer, hair dryer, bathtub and shower combo. 1st Bedroom: Located on the 2nd floor to the right. Has an attached full bathroom. King bed, smart TV, 3 drawer dresser, side tables, chair, desk/work space or make up area, alarm clock with USB port for charging electronics, wireless charger for 3 devices, bedside lights, walk-in closet, luggage rack, and spa robe available in closet. 2nd Floor Full Bathroom: Attached to 1st bedroom. Large 6 drawer vanity with plenty of storage and hair dryer. Bathtub and shower combo. 2nd Bedroom: 2 twin beds and sofa bed that folds to twin size bed. Extra bedding and mattress topper for sofa bed in walk-in closet. Small 3 drawer dresser and luggage rack. Bedside lamps with USB port for charging electronics, alarm clock, and smart TV. Iron and ironing board and Spa Robe in walk-in closet. Laundry room: Brand new washer and dryer (5/2024) in 2nd bedroom wall closet with bifold doors. Guest access Full access accept one storage closet in kitchen. Other things to note We do have a wood burning fireplace but do not allow guests to burn wood in it due to misuse by guests in the past.
