Upon arrival, you'll use a unique door code, activated at check-in time and valid until check-out. Check-in begins after 3 PM, with check-out by 11 AM; early check-in or late check-out can be accommodated upon request. While most of the property is available for your use, please note that access does not include the basement garage or the owner's closet. Parking Guidelines • Two Parking Spots: Guests may use the two designated spots in the driveway. • Street Parking Allowed: Additional vehicles may park on the street, but must follow local parking regulations (e.g., signage, alternate-side rules, snow bans, etc.). • No RVs or Trailers: RV, trailer, or oversized vehicle parking is strictly prohibited in both the driveway and on the street. • Do Not Block Access: Please ensure all driveways, mailboxes, and walkways remain unobstructed at all times. • Guest Responsibility: Any fines, towing, or damage due to improper parking will be the guest’s responsibility. Other things to note Included with your stay is a Welcome Pack to help you settle in comfortably. This pack contains essentials such as toiletries, paper products, cleaning supplies, beverages (tea, coffee, sugar, creamer), snacks and laundry items. This thoughtful selection is provided to ensure you have everything you need for the initial days of your visit.
