North side of duplex updates: new kitchen, drywall throughout main areas, paint, deck with gate, ceiling fans and smooth ceilings :) 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. 1 king bedroom, 1 Queen Bedroom and 1 queen-over-queen bunkbed plus a pack n play & a twin "chair/bed" (can be put under bunkbed - NO DOGS ON IT PLEASE) *Linens and towels are provided along with beach chairs & 8 beach towels. Walking distance to movies, grocery store, put-put golf, water park, go karts and everything fun Ocean view with large deck & ample parking! Only dogs allowed and 2 dogs maximum. NO CATS. Please inform me if you will be bringing any pets upon booking request. Exterior camera in carport. You will have access to half the duplex and half the driveway. Each side is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The entire home is available for rent as well through my other listings. I am available via phone & email and contact information will be given upon booking. I pay for the linen service but do not charge you for that, just the cleaning. Public beach access directly on this street 20 seconds away and short walk to grocery and shopping and fun!! Sheets and towels will be at the property but the beds are not made up - the sheets are folded on the end of the beds. If you wish to have the beds made, the cleaning crew charges $80 above the cleaning cost to do that, let me know if you would like this prior to checkin. *if twin sheets are used in bunkbed room for fold out chair/bed, please wash and return sheets to the bag in closet. These are not included in the linen fee I pay for and an extra $40 charge will be applied to guests that don't wash these as that's the fee I am charged per bed. Thanks for your understanding. North Carolina Law prohibits grilling on the decks and balconies of rental properties. Grilling is permitted only on concrete surfaces away from wooded areas or structures. If we provide a grill, the guest is responsible for the cleaning. All rooms have Smart TV's & no cable so you can log into your preferred streaming app and watch TV. Top bunks rated for 400 pounds resting weight so no bouncing around please. Please rinse sand off outside under the stairs to help keep the shower drains flowing free of sand. Island homes are all on septic systems and nobody wants those drains clogged:)
