Welcome to our peaceful retreat in the heart of the La Foux d 'Allos ski area, ideal for mountain lovers. Connecting Val d 'Allos to Pra Loup resort, our home offers you an unforgettable experience. The two-bedroom apartment, one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds. The living area has a sofa bed. The kitchen is ready to welcome you to prepare delicious meals after a day of skiing. The space The apartment is conveniently located a few meters from the resort, offering easy access to slopes and mountain activities. The interior of the apartment includes two bedrooms and a comfortable living room. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed, offering a comfortable seating area for two people. The second bedroom is equipped with a double bunk bed, ideal for families with children or friends traveling together. The living room has a sofa bed (BZ), allowing two extra people to sleep comfortably. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and there is a separate toilet for added convenience. In the kitchen you will find an oven, a small fridge, and two hobs allowing you to prepare your meals comfortably during your stay on the mountain. /!\ Please note that the bed linen and bath towels/bath mats are not provided for hygienic reasons. We therefore ask that you bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats for your stay. In addition, a deposit of 150 euros is required for cleaning. This deposit must be given to the concierge upon arrival. It will be returned at the end of the stay, unless cleaning has not been done. No exceptions will be made, and the deposit can be given in the form of a check, cash or transfer as a last resort. /!\ *** All arrivals and departures are exclusively via the concierge. *** Guest access *** Guests will have access to the whole apartment, including the two bedrooms, the living room, the kitchen, the shower room, the separate toilets and the three balconies. Please note that the apartment is on the second floor and there is no elevator available. Also, please note that there is no assigned space at the apartment. Under no circumstances can we guarantee parking right in front of the building, even if it is generally easy to park around the building. There are two charging stations for the whole station available in the center, 7 minutes walk (1MIN drive ) . Two other terminals are available in Allos (13 mins drive) and two more in Colmars (20 mins drive). *** Other things to note Les Bonnes addresses à 1 Min car: Le Bistrot l 'Igloo: Only a 7-minute walk away, ideal for a coffee in the morning or a raclette bowl between two slopes. La Cuisse de Cochon: Located a 9-minute walk away, this restaurant offers raclette trays, fondues, hot boxes, etc. Butcher and charcuterie Christian and Nicolas: Nearby for quality products. Chez Natacha and Gaël: Restaurant is a 10-minute walk away offering local and authentic cuisine. Helpful amenities: Osteopath: 9 minutes walk, convenient if needed. Getting around the resort: At the foot of the building, you can benefit from the free internal shuttle to Val d 'Allos - La Foux, serving the various areas of the ski resort (l' Aiguille, Chauvets, Le Hameau, Le Centre, Les Étoiles). This service is available from December 16, 2023 to April 7, 2024, from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm. It is extended until 10pm in the following periods: Dec 27 - Jan 2 (except Dec 31 Dec stop at 9pm) Saturdays in January and March (excluding school holidays) February 24 - March 09. In addition, a cable car VAL D'ALLOS - LE VILLAGE <> VAL D'ALLOS - LE SEIGNUS is accessible free of charge to skiers and pedestrians, open from December 23, 2023 to March 17, 2024. The Guinands cable car, with sections 1 and 2 open, offers regular rotations from 8:30 am to 6pm, with an extension of rotations until 7pm during the school holidays (zone B). Nearby cities/villages: Allos: A 13-minute drive to explore the surrounding area. Colmars: A 20-minute drive away, for a scenic tour. Nice Côte d 'Azur Airport: 2 hours 15 minutes by car, for arrivals and departures. Grasse: 2 hours 15 minutes drive, for a getaway in this fragrant city.
