Apartment in the heart of Paris

Welcome to Paris! A clean, secure studio apartment. Ideally located, 2min walk from the Panthéon, 5min walk from the Jardin du Luxembourg, 10min walk from Notre Dame Cathedral. The neighborhood is young but quiet, and right in the center of Paris. Lots of good restaurants and stores in the area, as well as a market on Place Maubert on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. The space The studio has a living room with a 2-seater sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bath and toilet. There's also a washing machine. The studio is located in a cul-de-sac, so it's very quiet. What's more, it's not too hot in summer, as it's shaded (there's a fan available in any case). Other things to note Depending on when you arrive, I'll give you the keys in person or put them in a secure padlock with a code. I work in Paris so I will be available if needed.
