The home sits on acreage just outside of Fredonia providing "country living" with the convenience of town minutes away. Whether you're just stopping for the night or staying a while, you'll appreciate the peace & privacy it offers. There is plenty of workspace & Wi-Fi available if you are here for business and lots of room, inside & out, making it ideal for your next visit to the area or family vacation! The space *MAIN LEVEL- 2 BEDROOMS- SLEEPS 4 guests (w/ sofa bed in living area, 6 guests) *ADDITIONAL UPSTAIRS BEDROOM with 2 MORE BEDS, add $30/nightly The home has two, cozy bedrooms and a full bathroom on the main level. The spacious living area also has an additional sofa bed. The fully-furnished kitchen has sit-in nook for morning coffee or a large dining area for family dinners or game nights. The kitchen overlooks the backyard and pasture where our livestock often graze. Guests are free to access the laundry room and Wifi is available for your use as well. There are two additional beds and a half-bath upstairs for larger families or gatherings. This extra space may be utilized for groups of more than 4 people only. You will need approval to access & an extra nightly fee of $30.00 will be charged (discount for stays over a week) Just let me know if you plan to use so it can be unlocked and ready for you! The home has hardwood floors throughout & is equipped with central heat and air conditioning. There is plenty of parking in the circle driveway and the 2-car garage. A nice yard, patio, BBQ grill & basketball court make it perfect for family fun or just relaxing! Guest access This location includes a keyless entry code access at the front door. The automatic garage doors can be opened from inside but there will be no remote control available. Other things to note You are welcome to bring a pet, but they must be kept in their kennel in the garage area or outside when not leashed. We are not responsible for pets and they are NOT allowed in the house at anytime!
