Lovely en-suite room in a large farm house just outside of Monmouth. The house is set on a hill with outstanding views and is own woodland and open fields. Amazing walks set between Monmouth and the Forest of Dean. The Welsh Farmhouse is within easy reach of M4 & M5. The room comes with a newly built ensuite bedroom, kingsize bed, TV and fresh towels and linens . If you are a party of four there is another listing for the other ensuite bedroom with kingsize bed. The space This is an area of outstanding natural beauty. Brilliant for walking, Offas Dyke, riding horses, mountain biking, golfing and fishing. We welcome bikers as the roads around this area are fun to ride. The Wye Valley offers a huge amount to do and there are lots of lovely places to visit, places to eat and general places to have a lot of fun. Cardiff is within easy reach as is Cheltenham and Bath. Both places have racecourses. The farm itself is not a working farm, but we do have a range of animals that are part of the family. We have four very friendly pigs, four alpacas, three cows and lots of chickens. We also have 5 dogs (border terriers), these are kept outside in the kennels and shouldn't disturb your visit, however they will get excited when they see new visitors, but they soon calm down! Guest access The bedrooms have their own television if you want to stay in your room. In the summer there is the verandah and with a firepit which you are welcome to sit around. During your stay We are always available to help with any problems or queries to make your stay with us as enjoyable as possible.
