The space This attached house has a private room equipped with a comfortable bed, a closet and a lounge area, as well as a private bathroom exclusively for the guest. The space has 100% private access, so you won't share an entrance with other guests or the host. It has high-speed Wi-Fi, TV with Roku for your streaming platforms, and private and secure parking inside the residential complex. The accommodation is ideal for travelers seeking privacy, comfort and tranquility, in a safe area of Metepec with 24-hour surveillance. Note: This space does not have access to a kitchen. Guest access To enter the residential complex, you must pass the security booth, where the security personnel will already have the details of the vehicle and the guest who will arrive. They will only ask for your ID to confirm access. Check-in is after 3pm. Once the guard notifies me of your arrival, he will give you the exact location of the space. Since check-in is self-service, you'll find the key attached to the door so that you can enter without having to coordinate a specific time with me. You will have your own parking space, located in front of the room. Remember that check-out is before noon. When you check out, please leave the key attached to the door again for the next guest.
