Nice cottage close to forest, beach, shopping and ice cream parlors. The cottage is located on a hilly plot overlooking Ordrup's hilly landscape. Access to the house via a staircase. There are several terraces, as well as a large covered terrace. At the end of the road, you enter the forest with, among other things, nature playgrounds. In Kårup forest there are several mountain bike trails. The area is popular for road cycling and hiking. Walking distance to two child-friendly beaches (one with a jetty to Sejerøbugten). The space The cottage has a large kitchen area with a new kitchen (from 2024), dining area and sofa area with TV and wood-burning stove. There is a guest toilet at the entrance (not renovated). The sleeping area contains two large rooms. The first bedroom has a double bed (160x200) with its own exit to the terrace. The second bedroom has a double bed (140x200), as well as a family bunk bed (lower bunk 120x200), upper bunk (70x200), and there is a private exit to the terrace. Between the two rooms there is an alcove with a single bed (90x200) with a sliding door. In addition, there is a bathroom with shower, washing machine and hairdryer. Terraces: There are terraces all the way around the house. Two large wooden terraces and two tiled terraces. One facing south, the other with large cover and lounge furniture. There is a trampoline in the garden and badminton nets, balls, etc. in the shed. The house is accessed via a staircase. Guest access Access to the entire home. Other things to note Electric car: Electricity for electric car (charging box) is settled separately. We take the cost of electricity, which is charged subsequently through the solution center. Firewood: There are sacks of firewood. A bag of firewood costs DKK 30 (EUR 4) and is subsequently charged via the solution center.
