The beaches of Serena del Mar are considered the best in Cartagena, in concession, guarded 24 hours, with awnings and chairs of the building, sheltered from noise and crowds, spacious and quiet. Upon arrival at the apartment you will find the beautiful social area that will welcome you with its access to the terrace with a pleasant view of the pools and the sea. The apartment is spacious and bright, and you'll always be cool with the air conditioning. A maximum of 6 people can be accommodated in two bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked. The building has direct beach access and has two pool areas with jacuzzis, sun loungers, tables and spaces to relax in the sun or shade. It also has a large gym, hairdresser and Turkish bath. You can also explore the development of Serena del Mar through its walking or running paths. Guest access Guests have access to the building's facilities, including its swimming pools, jacuzzis, rest areas, and more. Other things to note For your safety and the safety of others, guests who are not registered prior to check-in will not be allowed access. NO PARTIES OR LOUD EVENTS ALLOWED, the apartment is located in a family complex, if you plan to party, rent somewhere else. The employees charge 90,000 pesos (US$21) per day. Please note that the Airbnb cleaning fee and the service fee are independent and different. The small cleaning fee charged through Airbnb covers the preparation of the apartment before your arrival and cleaning after your departure. The maids' fee covers their work during your stay and you will pay them directly before leaving. * You are expected to bring your own food. It is a custom in our country that maids do NOT bring their own food and eat from what they prepare. Please don't forget to bring enough for them too. Check-out time is strictly enforced. Late check-outs will be considered an extra night and will be charged accordingly. The employee cooks delicious food - you can arrange with her previously what to bring or just let her surprise you with her creativity using whatever groceries you bring. There is a Carulla supermarket very close by where you can find everything you need for your stay. The door has an automatic entry system that is activated with a code that we will provide before your arrival. When leaving, please do not touch the buttons on the inside of the door. If you touch them and the door closes, you won't be able to get back in. To exit, simply close the door; it will be automatically secured. Note: Building Entry Policy: By order of the building's board of directors, all guests over the age of 5 must purchase an access wristband for a cost of COP 17,000 per person for the entire stay. This wristband is mandatory for entry and a link will be sent to make the payment once the reservation is confirmed.
