The property is located in Tower Isle, St Mary. It's just minutes from Ian Fleming Airport and Ocho Rios. Its surrounded by many beaches and other attractions. It's nestled in a family-friendly gated community with 24 hours security. There is also easy access to public transportation. The Interior has modern furnitures, lightings, appliances and bathroom. There is also a porch. There is One Queen bed in the master bedroom and Two Twin beds in the second bedroom. The space The apartment offers two spacious bedrooms, one bathroom, Open concept living, dinning room with a fully furnished kitchen. The master bedroom has a queen, built-in closet, nightstands, dresser with mirror. There is a standing mirror for getting dressed. The bedroom has a lovely standing 🪟 view. The second bedroom has two single beds with nightstand and a built-in closet. Both rooms have Air conditioner for your comfort. A washer and dryer is in the apartment. We also have hot and cold water in the kitchen and bathroom. The furniture and appliances are updated modern furniture. We have a private porch for you to sit and enjoy the fresh Air. There is a decent view when sitting. There are security cameras monitoring the exterior of the apartment. The cameras are located on the outside/entrance to the apartment and record both sounds and motions. The property is located close to main thoroughfare with easy access to transportation. Potential for vehicular sounds. Guest access The Apartment is located on 3RD floor and has NO elevator hence, you have to climb stairs. The stairs are wide and open with hand rails. They are not steep and easy to climb. Other things to note The posted rate per night is for a of maximum two (2) guests. There is an additional charge for each added guest after the the first 2 guests. The apartment sleeps a non-negotiable maximum total of four (4) persons, including the person that makes the booking. The maximum number of guests allowed including infants, children, and adults is 4. There should be no more than a total of five (5) persons (including the person that makes the booking) at any given time in the apartment. The purpose of this is to limit high volumes of people trafficking to and from the apartment as the complex boasts a moderately quiet and reserved environment. ** **PLEASE NOTE** Any visitor who stays after 11:00PM will be considered a guest and you will automatically be charged for the additional persons. The apartment is Suitable for toddlers and children under 12. You MUST provide a travel cot for children under 3. NOTE: If you stay past the check out time WITHOUt PRIOR PERMISSION, you will be charged for an additional night. Please communicate your intention if you intend to check out or check in early. *NOTE* Upon checking in, please take the time to do a walk through inspection of the apartment within the first hour of your stay and contact us immediately if there's any issue. If you don't contact us about any visible issues within the first hour of your stay. We will take it that you are satisfied with the condition of the apartment. The entrance door and front windows should be kept close at all times to avoid disturbing the neighbors and also to reduce the potential of you being disturbed. Observe the quiet hours between 10:00PM - 08:00AM (We are simply asking for volumes and other noises to be lowered out or respect for the neighbors) PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO ADDITIONAL RULES.
