Other things to note Timeshare Hotel: - The apartments have the same standard and structure. But because it's a shared property, the apartment number will change from one week to the next. Example: If the reservation is from Friday to Monday, guests need to change apartments on Sunday. Guests will bring their luggage down to the reception on the morning of the specified day, and leave their luggage in the back (a room monitored by cameras) until the second apartment is available. - Check-in from 3:00p.m. - Check-out until 11am - Early check-in or late check-out are charged. - Guests can hire breakfast directly at the restaurant, at a cost of R$54.90 per person per day. Children from 7 to 11 years old pay half of the value. - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment or in the hotel. - If you identify any irregularity or damage in the apartment, it is essential to immediately notify the reception and the host. - A kit with cookware will be delivered upon availability and if requested at the reception. The kit contains: dishes, cutlery, cups and 1 pot for a 2-burner stove. We do not provide consumables such as salt, oil, sugar. - 1 pet with up to 10kg per apartment is allowed. It is mandatory to present the updated vaccination booklet at check-in and the pet cannot be left alone in the apartment, whenever the guardian leaves, they must take it with them. The use of a hygienic mat is mandatory.
