Safe Haven 2 Waterfront with Kayaks, 2 bdr apt

Enjoy the beautiful outdoor waterfront, walking on the seashore, canoe/kayaking, hot tub (May1-Nov1) Hoping to have a pool ready July 2026. A private outside entrance into a nice basement apartment. On one end there’s a large entry opening into nicely equiped kitchen, dining area and livingroom with 70" tv and leather reclining sectional to relax after a day exploring. Then 2 bedrooms w/Queen beds, bathroom w/shower & a laundry room. A short drive to St. Andrews or St. Stephen. Coffee/tea incl. The space Our outside space/view and waterfront property is the main attraction! You are sure to enjoy the peace and quiet of our spacious waterfront location conveniently located just a 20 minute drive to St Andrews and 10 minutes from St. Stephen. Use of beach/shore front, decks and seating areas, bbq, firepit, kayaks (4) or canoes (2) and life jackets, in unit laundry facilities, all linens and necessities are included! Pergola with Hot tub (avail May1-Nov1 only) Hoping to have a new pool set up by July 1st Guest access Access to yard and waterfront. This is a basement apartment in our house and we have another unit on site so you may see others around the property but it's a large 4 acre property.... and everyone is super nice :) Other things to note There is a private entrance with stairs into the apartment. The unit is newly renovated, located in the basement of our home....we have taken care to soundproof and we're quiet people. you should have a nice quiet and relaxing stay. There is a shower but no bathtub. Laundry room with washer and dryer are included. This a great choice for 1-2 couples or small family, with 2 queen beds, max 4. The beach is a short walk down a bit of a slop to the shore, the beach is gravel/rocky easily walkable with proper footwear. If you require more space, we do have a second apt on the property, contact or see Safe Haven. We plan on having a heated salt water pool set by July 2026 :) no guarantee of set up date as of yet. We do our best to keep the hot tub clean and replace the water on a regular basis, but if you want to ensure that the tub is cleaned and water is replaced before your arrival there is a $75 one time extra fee required. Also if you dirty the water more than usual (going in with muddy feet, going under water and letting shampoo get in etc.) there is a $75 fee to clean/replace the water.
