The apartment is located on a very quiet street in the 14th arrondissement of Paris, just a 5-minute walk from the Alésia metro station (Line 4). Nearby, you'll find many food shops and restaurants. We are a 15-minute walk from the iconic Rue Daguerre and a 10-minute walk from Parc Montsouris. Several buses are also nearby, providing quick access to the center of Paris (Luxembourg Gardens, Châtelet, Denfert Rochereau, Saint Germain...) as well as to the Montparnasse train station. The apartment is in a Haussmann-style building, bright, and with windows on both sides. It is located on the 5th floor with an elevator. The apartment includes: − A large, comfortable living area with a lounge and dining space opening onto an open kitchen. The living room is equipped with Wi-Fi, a projector on which you can watch TV or connect a computer, and a DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction cooktop, coffee grinder, Magimix, etc. − 3 bedrooms, including 2 doubles (160x200cm and 140x200cm) and 1 single (cabin bed 90x190cm). We can provide an extra mattress upon request. − A bathroom with a bathtub and a laundry area (washing machine, dryer, and drying rack) − 3 small balconies where you can enjoy the sun with an open view. We live in this apartment year-round and will leave many items, books, and decorations available so that you feel at home. We will clear out space in the closets so you can store your belongings. The building is quiet and residential. Parties are not allowed. We rent our apartment for a minimum of 5 days. Beds will be made upon your arrival, and bath towels are provided.
